Ten years later. Rick Perry, our Governor is touring the states still bragging about how “TORT” Reform is successful in Texas. He is still pulling the wool over the eyes on many Americans. There is no such thing as a “frivolous” lawsuit. In 2003 our legislators called it a “preferred scheme” one in which they did not explain. Proposition 12 contained more than they told the people. They did not explain to the people that it was deemed unconstitutional but they placed it on a ballot. Actually our government had already put this into effect before voters voted. UMM!
No one is protected and the truth need to be told.
It’s simply unconstitutional!
