The Lionel SHIPman $HAPE YOUR FINANCES Show is a financial and life empowerment show focusing on our lives around money and finances. The show aims to educate and motivate people to improve their financial outlooks and empower them to take charge of their lives and to live life to the fullest. 

Guest: Rosaria Pipitone

Rosaria Pipitone, M.A. currently serves as the Associate Director of Career Readiness at Rowan University located in Glassboro, NJ.  Rosaria has been working in the career development profession for 10 years.  In 2009, Rosaria left NYC to pursue her Master’s in Counselor Education with a concertation in Career Development at the University of South Florida.  Upon graduation, Rosaria obtained a full-time position as a career counselor at her alma mater’s career center.  She served as the career counselor liaison for the College of the Arts, College of Music and the College of Humanities.  In addition, she worked as a career consultant for Veteran’s suffering from PTSD.  Her passion for her music student’s led to her next positions at St. Petersburg College as the Career Outreach Specialist working alongside Workforce Development programs.  She worked closely with the Music Industry, IT and Human Services departments recruiting, retaining and placing students  In 2015, Rosaria was the first student service professional to receive a League of Innovation award for innovation of career services.  In 2019, Rosaria accepted her current role as Associate Director overseeing the career counseling staff at Rowan University.  She is currently on the Board of the Mid-Atlantic Career Counseling Association and President of the NJ Career Development Association.
