Christian Bray currently serves as the Associate Director of Athletics at Harvard University. In this role, Bray oversees the Crimson’s compliance efforts, supervises a portfolio of sport programs (Men’s and Women’s Golf, Men’s and Women’s Track and Field and Cross-Country, and Men’s and Women’s Volleyball), and also serves as the department’s Senior Woman Administrator. In addition to her role in Athletics, Bray is an advisor for first-year students on campus.

Prior to joining Harvard, Bray worked for Ivy League rival, Yale from 2014-2018. Steadily rising to the Assistant AD for Compliance with the Bulldogs, she was named Senior Woman Administrator in 2016, a position she held until her departure. Bray was the sport administrator for the women’s volleyball and gymnastics programs during her time at Yale.

 In 2014, Bray earned her Juris Doctorate from Marquette Law School, where she was the recipient of the National Sports Law Institute’s Sports Law Certificate. Bray also interned in the compliance offices at Wisconsin, TCU, and Marquette. In 2010, she earned her Bachelor’s degree in sport management from Texas A&M, where she was a four-year student manager for the women’s basketball team.
