Serena Sterling earned her doctorate in clinical psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco, is a certified life coach, and has learned a number of mind-body stress reduction modalities to help people with physical and emotional pain feel better fast. Although she specializes in helping people with chronic pain and medically unexplained symptoms, she also helps athletes recover from injuries and overcome sports performance issues.
