Girder Skirts™ presents GRIT - Girl Rockstars In Trades

Girder Skirts™ was founded by Allison “Ally” Jencson, President and CEO of Frontline Floor Coatings, a sub-contracting business specializing in concrete polishing and epoxy/urethane coatings. As a tradeswoman herself, Ally discovered very quickly that there are not a lot of resources or support out there for the less than 2% of female construction workers who are tradeswomen. So, being the resourceful rebel she is, Ally created Girder Skirts™, a community for tradeswomen to support and connect with one other, just like a girder does for a physical structure. In this show, we will interview women across the globe who are in the construction and trades industries. We will be educated, empowered and inspired by their stories and triumphs. Of course, a little fun will be in the mix!
