Our focus is not on building church programs, it is a process of building people up. If we concentrate on building people, God will build his church. We as a ministry and a church need to ride on the wings of the Holy Spirit; we must not miss our spiritual flight that brings love, revival, healing, deliverance, health, prosperity and explosive power. We should never forget that even though we come from many different places, backgrounds and may speak in many different languages if we are all children of God's we should all be of one heart. We want growth without compromising our message or our mission. Sovereignty of God is the main factor in church growth. Our message and our mission is to plant a seed, water a seed and let God give the increase. It is not easy to catch a ride on the wings of the Holy Spirit, it takes more than desire and dedication. It takes yielding to the Spirit of God that brings love, discernment, patience, faith, skill and balance. To Pastor a church is not an easy task our assignment is not to build a wind to put under the wings of the Spirit that is God's business. Our life long assignment is to recognize the wind under the wings of the Spirit that is God's business. Our life long assignment is to recognize the wind under the wings of the Spirit of God. To catch a ride on the Spirit of God and learning how to continue to catch rides. But we must also know how to apply the right skills to ride on the wings of the Spirit which creates balance.
