Convicts in American society have become more and more acceptable. In fact, entertainers who call themselves convicts are given money from major record companies to finance the development of their creative abilities; while young men and women who educate themselves and develop their abilities are pushed away or set aside by those same companies. The executives who run major record companies are not always people who grow up in the rough under-nourished areas that the criminals, or convicts, come from, so they don’t really understand the cultures associated with such people. Still the executives of Sony/BMG, Universal Music Group, EMI, and Warner Music Group continue to pour millions of US dollars into the creative development of the much undisciplined criminal minded people who personify convicts in their every day life. I say “undisciplined” to describe the criminal minded under-developed artist, because there are people who work very hard to get an education and stay away from the criminally minded people from their own neighborhoods. It is only that disciplined type of person that should be allowed to work with the criminally minded people in the workplace, which includes record labels. Artist/producer Akon is one of those artists who was given financing to develop into a fully developed music artist/producer, and he also markets himself as a “Konvict”. He is now introducing a new singing act called "Brick & Lace" to the public; who are simple girls with no real proven personal or creative development that he is GIVING an opportunity that should go to an artist who is just the opposite. The criminally minded often lie, cheat, and steal to accomplish their goals. I wonder how many people criminally minded “Konvict” Akon has stolen from and cheated out of a career that they worked and educated themselves to receive. It probably isn’t as many careers that the major label exec “Konvict” admirers of Akon have cheated. It’s time for the people of the US to stand against record labels with muskets in hand and DEMAND more high quality ARTISTS to allowed to be distributed to the country and the entire world from the United States. The major labels’ failure to provide an alternative to “Konvict” music in the market place is in violation of the US’ Constitutional Rights to “liberty and the pursuit of happiness”, “equal protection under law”, and “due process” of law. Violations of these Rights give American citizens a legal right to make deadly war against the major labels, because depriving Americans of their Rights is considered to be terrorism against American society. How about a fight for LIBERTY, to the strength, and to the DEATH?

Janet: The Big Fat Lying Bitch
Since the beginning of her career singer Janet Jackson has been telling the public one fantastic story after another.
Legendary singer/songwriter/entertainer Michael Jackson’s little sister started her string of lies, and felonious historical marketing fraud, with a story of dating the bass player in her band during her “Control” CD when the fact was that she was sleeping with many guys just after having her first child.
The liar and singer later introduced her boyfriend Renee to the world, but the fact was the Renee was her secret child’s name and her boyfriend was really her next husband who stayed around for over ten years.
During the marketing of the "Janet" CD the media announced to the world that someone was allegedly stalking the singer from Baltimore, Maryland, and, of course, that turned out to be a lie, because the man she accused of assaulting, telephoning, and writing her, Eric Leon Christian, lived in Las Vegas when the letters were both written and mailed from Baltimore and the independent music artist/producer never had her telephone number or address to be able to get in contact with her in such a direct manner.
The other man accused of stalking singer Janet Jackson, Benjamin Singleton, was a guy who was an insider in the entertainment business and had the ability to come fact to face with Janet in her dressing room backstage at a concert after the announcement. The man never tried to kill her, which, in my opinion, is something a real stalker, who was also associated witj Los Angeles street gangs, would have done after such a vicious attack from the media.
During the marketing of the "Janet" CD the singer said that she did 200 sit ups a day to get her new body, which was yet again another lie, because everyone understands that she uses liposuction body shaping to keep 120 pounds or so of fat off of her body.
More recently Janet Jackson was seen weighing approximately 250 pounds, and she explained her weight telling the media that she was preparing for a movie role, but, of course, there was no movie role.
She was just lying as usual.
Janet Jackson is just a big fat lying bitch.
Just keeping it real.

Our Gay US President
Is he gay?
Is he not?
The tabloid media took a chance and reported the story, which means that they have some evidence to support their story that he is gay.
Does it make a difference whether the first Black President in the US is a gay guy who went straight?
I am a straight male, and I have never had any homosexual experiences, as far back as I can remember.
I always saw men who experiment with homosexuality as men who weren’t certain that women were available to them for relationships because of their natural way of being.
I may be wrong. I don’t know how a person like that thinks.
It may be that a person was available to the same sex experimenter during a confusing time in the person’s life and that person person convinced them to try something different.
If you are not a person who has allowed the thinking of others to seep into your thoughts, then you may be open to try anything different; like same sex sex.
I can try to reason it out, but in the end I will still question whether our allegedly gay US President Obama is suffering from a mental condition that causes him think between genders.
That mental condition may be the reason why he is the only US President to give haughty ignorant American women government recognized equal rights.
The US’ Constitution was made for men.
Women nag until they get what they want from white men or Euro-Americans.
Colored American men on the other hand; African, Asian, Latina, and even Middle Eastern men don’t even think in a way that would allow the changing of the laws to please the minority of women’s desires in the US.
Time will pass. The media will bury the story, but people will still remember that US President Obama, the first black President in the US was a said to be gay guy.
So much for the image of African American men surviving the humiliation of slavery and oppression to progress into educated, highly skilled, strong men;
Most African American men don’t see gay men as strong.
Just sweeters who gave up on banging the puss.
Good thing Obama met his girl the 1st Lady.
She must be great.
In my opinion, she ain’t great enough to change laws over.
But, that’s just to me.

What is soul music?
It came from artist/musician Ray Charles and he made it from gospel music combined with juke joint blues & dance lyrics. Today most people making mainstream music don’t have a clue as to how southern black Americans who go to juke joints, now called clubs or after hour’s spots, think or behave. Those that do understand the unique culture of southern club goers are the epitome of what soul music is all about. Many of the people from the south moved north in the United States, so the Northerners who still capture the essence of southern juke joint life understand real soul culture. Soul music is best captured by those from the culture. People not from the culture who love the music, and make their own music, often imitate the original style and sound in music that those from original soul culture make. When this is done the music is called soul/pop. But, it is blues/soul music that captures the culture of southern club goers and TRUE soul music. Remember; Soul music was made from gospel music combined with juke joint blues & dance lyrics by Ray Charles. People that are from alternative areas like big cities, small northern towns, and countries foreign to the US where their cultures do not truly reflect that of the southern blues/soul club going culture can be considered enemies of soul music, because they often, as a result of the music genres popularity, try to become part of the culture that is separate from their lifestyle. Soul is a culture, and the music known to represent the culture is from the southern region of the US. Any thing else ain’t soul, nor can it accurately represent the culture.

Today I noticed that a lot of hip hop singers, rappers, are back in the music scene in the US.
Their presence made me think of my childhood days of growing up on the hard core east side of Baltimore.
Where I lived it was so easy to know the difference between what was good and what was not, because the worse, or the baddest, was in your path EVERY DAY.
My moms was the type to try, so we moved out of the hard core east side hood, into a hard middle class west side hood where I had a choice to be hard or to try to learn more about other cultures, even those of people whose skin color was different than my own.
I tried to learn more, and I did.
I ended up in a mixed University after starting college at 17, completing my schooling by 21.
I chose the music business as my field, but I could have chosen law or even medicine.
After getting started at age 15 with more public performances as a percussionist and entertainer, and at age 18 making my contributions to music productions I expected to be given a chance to explore my talents and grow, but record labels only called my house about 13 times within a few years. No offers were made.
It's rough watching New York kids with a smaller outlook on life; less knowledge from schooling, less formal training, less character building street life experience get opportunities simply because they come from New York.
My fraternal family was from New York, and I was practically raised by them. I even visited the city a few times.
My maternal grandmother lived on Mount Street in Baltimore in an area known as Sand Town.
There the rats run the streets just as much the gangsters. A woman with 8 kids who was the grandchild of a slave could not do much, but she moved her kids to Baltimore from the eastern shore of Maryland so that they could do more.
Melvin Williams was the biggest gangster in the area and my mother and grandma knew him personally. One of my uncles was killed who was in Melvin's original crew. I saw a picture of him in Melvin's "American Gangster" movie special.
A family learns after having two of their family members get killed in the violent streets of a city, so I grew up around people who had taken to God, which was common with southern blacks.
All I remember from being in the Sand Town hood, however, is all the rats; the gangsters and the rodents.
Watching a rat go from poor and starving to driving a nice car and wearing nice clothes was like watching one of the other rats, or rodents, get a rocket to fly him around.
As an adult when I see all those Hip Hop artists on television riding in nice cars and wearing nice clothes all I think about is those rats in sand Town flying rockets.
Where I come from it was so easy to know the difference between what was good and what was not, because the worse, or the baddest, was in your path EVERY DAY.
