The Inside Scoop: How to Open an Account

I am starting a new series of short, fifteen minute shows here on Blog Talk Radio that I am calling "The Inside Scoop".  Each one will be an interview with staff of the credit union to share some of the basics of financial services from their point of view. 

Today, during our first "inside scoop", I am interviewing our Downtown Branch Manager, Jonna, about how to open an account (plus some tidbits about her personal experiences).
