Leadership in America today is horribly broken.

The generation gap between management and the workforce continues to widen leaving the next generation of individuals entering the workforce feeling more disenfranchised, marginalized, and uninspired than ever before.

The world is getting smaller, business is becoming more competitive, markets are more volatile, and innovation is happening at the speed of byte. Tomorrow's workforce is looking for and requires a new type of leader, a Covalent Leader, someone who possesses the skills and knowledge to engage, inspire, and empower others.

Now is the time for future leaders to step up to the plate and develop the skills necessary to actively engage the next highly educated, intelligent, empowered, and impatient generation as they prepare to enter the workforce.

In a world that is constantly changing, today’s leaders have a simple decision to make…change or die.
