Xerox Discusses Vehicle Passenger Detection System

We’ve all been there -- stuck in highway traffic watching single-passenger drivers cheating the system in the HOV lane. You’ve probably even thought about jumping over into the HOV Lane yourself; even though you don’t have a passenger.
