the revolution of the mind continues…

"Yesterday marked the 50th Anniversary of Martin Luther King, Jr. giving his "I Have Dream" speech on Washington,DC. Currently we have 3 generations of Black Americans behind bars to the prison industrial complex, which each generation account for a 20 year span, that's 60 years’ total worth Black American people behind bars, 3 generations of subjugated apartheid in America accounting for 55.6% of those incarcerated being Black Americans". - MadMan Jody Sykes

So the question is what has changed and why do we continue to march? Is it just for the nostalgia or is it an effective way to galvanize the people?
