Birth chart interpretation and forecasting is greatly dependent upon accurate birth data, the most variable of which is the birth time. Prior to the mid-20th century, it was common to round-off birth times to the nearest quarter hour, which can mean that the angles and cusps of the chart may be off by 4 degrees or more leading to an entirely different chart interpretation. Even now that birth times are recorded to the minute in most states and countries, the variation among clocks running fast or slow can still provide similar wide variation with similar interpretive inaccuracies as a consequence. Indeed, astrological forecasting based upon the birth chart can be off by as much as 4-5 years, which is not acceptable. Ms Tebbs is an accomplished author on the subject of Astrology having mutiple books on this topic to her credit. She is a frequent guest speaker at various professional astrology conferences and is currenly on the faculty of Kepler College.
