Writestream Tuesday: 'Ignite' with Author Tracy Lawson

Once upon a time, Tracy Lawson was a little girl with a big imagination who loved to tell stories. Her interest in dance, theater, and other forms of make-believe led to a 20-year career in the performing arts, where "work" meant she got to do things like tap dance and choreograph musicals. A mid-life career change has yielded thus far Counteract, Resist, and now, Ignite, the first three volumes in the YA dystopian Resistance Series, and a nonfiction history book entitled Fips, Bots, Doggeries, and More. Married with one college-aged daughter and two spoiled cats, she splits her time between Dallas, Texas and Columbus, Ohio.
