In this short film, Vince plays the character of TED, a young father who reminisces with his wife about the "old days", when bullying was something that kids only had to endure in school, as oppose to today, when bullies follow kids around electronically and on their cell phones. This film serves as a tribute to the old film-noir style of filmmaking, and has a very artistic feel to it.
