Just think of how different the Greek Myth of the Phoenix and the Flames would have been had they had to deal with California's Newport Beach City Council.

Our guest tonight is Dennis Holland and the bird in this case is a 96 year old, 72 foot long wooden sailboat- the Shawnee -  that Mr. Holland has been meticulously restoring at his home in Newport Beach.  Although originally given permission by the city to drydock the vessel on his property during the restoration, the political climate (and his neighbors) have changed.  Now, at a point when moving the vessel would prove catastrophic, the city is demanding he do just that.
