Over the years Elder William T. Howard (Brother Bill) has reduced major gang activity in Detroit, encouraged thousands of young people to finish high school and go on to college. In the areas of conflict resolution within the confines of the Public School setting, he was blessed to create a model that effectively showed a fifty percent reduction in school violence. He administered and created entrepreneurial concepts that empowered today’s youth marketable skills that brought them profit, purpose and a sense of community. Through music with the support of all those concerned with the direction our youth headed, he seeks to impact upon the spiritual, social and economic conditions that impinge upon the human family in this point of our history. If not addressed, we will raise a misguided generation. A generation prone to a life of violence, disrespect for self, family, others, and life in general.
