Allison Amend, author of A Nearly Perfect Copy, talks with Kate Sullivan about her novel, released this month from from the Nan A. Talese imprint/Random House. The novel, set in Manhattan, includes the topics of million-dollar-art forgeries, international theft, and the enduring and often artificial values placed on fine art. 

 

Allison Amend graduated from the Iowa Writers' Workshop and lives in NYC. She teaches creative writing at Lehman College.
