 Ann Licater is an award-winning recording artist, world flutist, producer and composer.  She created and facilitates “Flute for the Soul” workshops where she plays Native American and world flutes as a tools for personal discovery.  Beyond the Waves, the fourth CD release from award-winning flutist and creates a moving and relaxing listening experience. Artfully recorded, this contemporary instrumental CD has a fresh and pristine sound with touches of jazz, new age and world music. Ancient sounds of native American flutes and modern silver and alto flutes are accompanied by piano, guitar, world percussion, bass, violin and vocal layers on selected tracks. These beautiful compositions take listeners on soothing and soulful journey that feels like a “traveling meditation.”
