Susan Nolte and the May Cookie Company

Thursday March 17th at 2pmEST/11amPST on Word of Mom we are talking about how to make a good cookie with May Cookie founder and owner Susan Nolte.

Susan started May Cookie Co. in May 2008 and launched her first products in November 2008. She named the company after her great-grandfather, Herbert May.  Susan has a passion for healthy eating and healthy living and is committed to her company being a catalyst for positive change. The way she sees it, along with the importance of making conscious food choices, the simple enjoyment of baking with loved ones is a great way to build bonds and relationships, while having fun! SOver the past year she has contributed May Cookie Co. gift baskets to more than a dozen non-profit organizations around Connecticut to aid in their fundraising efforts. In May of last year the company expanded to the west coast where her daughter, Marissa, manages business development in greater Los Angeles.
