Step-mom's - the Glue of the Blended Family

Contrary to Disney's portrayal of the evil woman that comes in and tries to sabotage their step-children's lives, Step-mom's are the glue that holds that blended family together. They take on the amazing role of that mom who has to tread lightly because they are not the mom - they are that step between the parents.
