Women Warriors - Discipline -- Picking Your Battles

This week on Women Warriors, Wed at noon ET, Jun 19, our special guest will be writer, Giorgina Liguori, who will discuss the topic of “Discipline – Picking Your Battles.”  This show is something any fast paced woman warrior will not want to miss!

Giorgina is a professional writer for both TV and newspapers. She began her work by writing TV commercials and worked up to made-for-TV movies.  Giorgina also worked on two newspapers in North Carolina and Florida. She still does a lot of free-lance writing and written on everything from straight news to editorials to fictional pieces, my her best writing has to do with women's issues.

With two graduate degrees in psychology, Giorgina has taught psychology and women's studies at the college level in NY and in FL (e.g. AIU in Weston).   In addition, she has ran groups for women (18 years) and parenting groups. She was the head supervisor of the district 10 school-based drug prevention program in New York City, where she ran teen groups and also did parenting workshops, workshops for teachers, guidance counselors and principals on how to reach "at-risk" kids.   Giorgina also speaks to women's groups, divorcees groups (both men and women), groups for women over 50, relationship groups, etc  Giorgina’s best credentials are her four amazing kids. - each very different; each fabulous.
