Melissa Binkley is a health transformation expert and founder of Healthy Healing Habits and creator of The BodyLOve Method. Melissa is a certified nutritionist who studied and graduated from The Ohio State University, and also studied at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.  She was  trained in more than one hundred dietary theories, and studied a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods.
