Latreal Mitchell the Founder and CEO of Fitness Bunch Foundation, a non-profit organization set up to fight childhood obesity. She brings her passion for nutritional education, fun and effective exercises for children to her summer camps and after school programs.

She has created an animated team of children known as The Fitness Bunch™. They serve as worldwide “Agents” empowering children to exercise, make healthy eating choices, and live a nutritious life. Latreal has been in the fitness industry for over 13 years and is one of the top celebrity trainers in the industry working with athletes, actors, actresses, and top corporate executives in the country like Michael Strahan, Tichina Arnold, Anna Sophia Robb, Nicole Murphy and Alex Rodriguez to name a few.

She has been featured in several fitness magazines (and other media) teaching readers how to exercise and about the work she does with children to eliminate childhood obesity.  

Latreal also competed as a Figure Competitor for five years and learned how to transform the body through dieting and supplementation.

She is certified by the National Physique Committee; the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA); by NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES); the IYCA (International Youth Fitness Association), the World’s best resource for youth fitness, athletic development and sports training education; a certified nutrition coach through Precision Nutrition; and also FMS (Functional Movement Screen) and Kettle Bell certified.
