Touting an impressive record of 45-10 in the amateur ranks, Sulem Urbina is at a major crossroads in her career. The Phoenix, AZ native is a two time Golden Gloves champ was unable to fight at the 2012 Olympics, but is deciding to either wait to 2016 or make the jump to the pros.
