Caribbean-Heritage Month Feature “Beauty Without Borders”

Wombanist Views is excited to feature Silianse  “CeCe” Moise, the Haitian-born President and CEO of Beauty Without Borders. Silianse is also a published author and a clinician, who works with families in need of psychological assistance and guidance.
