A Father's Day For Every Man

We have a concept in the men's division (Mentor Discover Inspire - MDI): "fathering." It's the idea that men can "father" other men by being an example, holding other men accountable to their best and making sure their mentoring and guiding in no way makes the path easier or lighter for the man needing to learn the harder lessons of life.  With "Father's Day" two days out, listen in as Rick and Jim discuss fathering in all its forms, including but not limited to mentoring other men, being an example to children and being a caretaker for our actual pets! 

We may also have a surprise guest or two on the show, though two dads will be receiving an invite to join us. Their people are talking to our people.
