The CEO with the best training program for agents is not in the USA, but in the United Arab Emirates. Hopefully, my company will get an interview with this Dubai CEO.

People ask if I am embarrassed to say that the USA does not offer the best training for real estate agents. I say, no. The best, regardless of where the leadership is geographically located, is the best.

Now, my company may still be able to offer additional support to this Dubai CEO but I will easily admit that this CEO has the best program than even some of the top real estate brokerages located in New York City, Los Angeles, Chicago or Miami.
