Renée Peterson Trudeau is an internationally-recognized life balance teacher/speaker and president of Career Strategists. 
Raised by spiritual seekers, Renée grew up in Northern California and attended a yoga school based on the teachings of Parmahansa Yogananada. Her clients include Fortune 500 companies and her work has appeared in The New York Times, US News and World Report, Good Housekeeping and more. She is the author of the award-winning "The Mother's Guide to Self-Renewal: How to Reclaim, Rejuvenate and Re-Balance Your Life" and "Nurturing the Soul of Your Family: 10 Ways to Reconnect and Find Peace in Everyday Life" (Spring 2013).  She lives in Austin with her husband and 11 year-old son.

When she's not online she's busy raising three kids—full time mother, part time media ninja. 
Social media aficionado, research connoisseur, and writer du jour, is a new born Yogi on a path of personal exploration and long overdue healing. A graduate from The Connecticut School of Broadcasting, she focused her studies extensively on radio broadcast. She produce the LIVE Where is My Guru shows. She is also the Managing Editor at YOGANONYMOUS, she is more than happy to rock out their personalized blend of modern, funky and relatable content.
