Where is My Guru's media team recently attended the Mountain Pose Medicine & Yoga Symposium at Copper Mountain, CO.

Mountain Pose was designed by a physican for physicans, teachers, researchers, therapists and healthcare providers.  It was as much a retreat for them to delve into their own practices as it was hands on and classroom based presentations of researched based information on how yoga, meditatation and other forms of alternative health are preventative, effective and life enhancing.
