Grateful doesn't even begin to describe how we are feeling about having the opportunity to sit down and talk with Sri Dharma Mittra, master Yoga teacher of 45 years! Being lucky enough to snag some time with him while he was in between classes, we sat down to talk about eternal happiness, divine perception, meditation and more! It was truly an honor to recieve direct advice from a man who has dedicated his life to the service of helping others know their true selves.
