Black folks have simply no control over white hearts or minds. How DEAD BLACK FOLKS, DEAD EGYPTIANS, DEAD AFRICAN ANCESTORS, Dead Slaves, and dead civil rights leaders activists are not in SCOPE for BLACK Change in 2017.
