The Privatization of America's Prisons and the BLACK blood that FUELS the ENTERPRISE

Black people make up roughly 13 percent of the United States population, yet make up close to Fifty percent of nation's prison population. The growth rate of Private Prisons has now increased by a rate of 30 percent since the eighties. The incarceration rate of MINORITY WOMEN have increased significantly parallel to the rate of the PRIVATE PRISON BOOM, and LENGTH SENTENCES ARE INCREASING. Private Prisons are BIG BUSINESS. That can ONLY be due to a PROFIT BEING MADE. Someone has to fuel this enterprise in order for it to be profitable to shareholders. Every time a Black person is incarcerated, A CASH REGISTER RINGS!!
