Internationally acclaimed conflict resolution facilitator, Associate, Weatherhead Center for International Affairs at Harvard Univeristy, and author of Dignity: The Essential Role It Plays in Resolving Conflict, Donna Hicks, Ph.D., describes how dignity is the motivating force behind all human interaction.
