David, and the team at Confluent Forms LLC, have also created and managed the RFP Database (www.rfpdb.com), a website that is the internet's largest RFP exchange. The site functions as an effective method for organizations to obtain competitive bids for their projects, as well as a means for companies to affordably gain access to projects.
