Shirlene Holmes,  playwright's work "A Lady and A Woman" is having its West coast debut next week, March 7-24 at the Eureka Theatre in SF. Dr. Holmes is an Associate Professor at Georgia State University presently. Her dramas are rooted in the African American experience and give voice to the marginalized in society and celebrate the profundity of the common person.
