Welcome to Blog Talk Radio and the Voice of Change. I'm Sharon Ann Wikoff and here for Day 19 of 21 days to Radical Self Love!  I hope this has been a wonderful journey for you! Life is such a journey in itself.  Then when you add a challenge such as this one, even more can be revealed.  Today I want to focus on the Field of Emotions.  As we live our daily life, so many emotions can reveal themselves...if we have the ability to recognize them.  In today's world I'm observing that much more attention is paid to the emotions of sadness, anger, anxiety, fear and depression than the positive emotions of contentment, peace, happiness and joy.  Finding a balance is essential.  On the journey to having radical self-love, no doubt many emotions have arisen. If you allow yourself to dwell on negative emotions, they can take you into even deeper states of negative emotions, resulting in acting out in negative ways toward yourself or toward others.  It's important to feel your emotions, but to be able to easily return to the FIELDS of positive emotions.  Are you remembering to stay in the Fields of LOVE, PEACE, CONTENTMENT AND JOY most of the time.  Also, remember that no one can make you feel a certain way.  Your emotions are your choice.  A huge part of radical self-love is learning to live in the fields that support your health and success.  join the conversation.
