The Voice of Change welcomes AMos Clifford to speak on: Eros in the outdoors: the healing practice of forest bathing.
Amos Clifford is a wilderness guide, deep nature connection mentor, and ecotherapist living in Sonoma County. He is a leading advocate in the United States for the practice known in Japan as shinrin yoku, or “forest bathing.” Amos has been leading people into natural settings for over 40 years, developing ways to quickly connect people with an ancestral awareness of the more-than-human world. He holds a masters in counseling from the University of San Francisco and is the founder of Sky Creek Dharma Center, Infinite Wild, the Center for Restorative Process, and shinrin-yoku.org.
