Leadership style refers to a leader's behavior and attitude. It is the result of the philosophy, personality and experience of the leader.
There are many different leadership styles, of which Authoritarian, Paternalistic, Democratic, Laissez-faire, Coaching, and Visionary are the most prominent that can be exhibited by leaders in the political, business or other walks of life.
