Creating Opportunities, Not Waiting on Them

Over the last few weeks I've been on a tear about the job market, people's reactions to it, and how there needs to be solutions, not bitch sessions or pity parties. We, the people, need to take responsibility for our own destinies. We cannot wait for big business or the government (Democrat, Republican or otherwise) to solve the job market situation. It's going to take innovation on the part of small, emerging businesses and entrepreneurs, as well as individuals who are creative, innovative and fired up to make things happen. We are not guaranteed one job or career for our entire lifetime, nor should we want that. People are angry, and I get that. But let's channel that energy into some healthy dialog and talk about some ways we can be part of the solution. Join me and my guests as we discuss how to turn the job market around.
