Meet Our Guest: Stanley BabyFace James II was born on the Northside of Long Beach CA as one of three children. He attended Wilson High School. Stanley has been writing poetry and street crime fiction since the age of fourteen along with comics. His writings has been influenced deeply by Tupac Shakur, Donald Goines, Paul Laurence Dunbar, Langston Hughes, Bunchy Carter,Terry Wroten, Jaquavis Coleman, Prentice Powell, Kwan Foye,Kwame Teague, Shakespeare and Silk White. Stanley has been part of the Northside Four Corner Bloc Crips. He is currently producing his short film The Bust. His writings is well recognized as the voice for the streets, for those who are unheard.
