Meet Our Guest: Muhammad Shakur currently serves as the CEO/Founder of the Father’s Heart & Legacy Empowerment Center. For the past two decades, Muhammad Shakur has served as an advisor to many leaders within our communities and is a recognized authority on the psychology of leadership, personal and professional empowerment and peak performance. 

His unique philosophy gives him the capability to communicate and impact people in a manner that empowers and uplifts. His engaging demeanor and style enhances others ability and desire to fulfill their role as a leader in their respective families and throughout their community.  

Muhammad’s career is defined by his work with disenfranchised communities and especially men, which has been proven to be rewarding and longstanding. During his tenure as a Vice President at the National Comprehensive Center for Fathers, he was instrumental in developing many innovative and life changing programs for many at-risk demographics.
He is the author of the powerful and inspiring curriculum: Character Re-Construction.
