'Young and the Restless' Actress Kate Linder

Hi Everyone Today's topic is My special guest from the "Young and the Restless" Actress Kate Linder. Linder, as Esther Valentine (so named because Linder was married on Valentine’s Day), confidante/housekeeper to the soap’s wealthy and powerful matron, Katherine Chancellor (Cooper), has often been called upon to add a touch of humor to the show.   Kate will be discussing her career with me and also the many charities she was named celebrity spokesperson for including ALS (Lou Gehrig’s disease). She’s also active with many AIDS charities and the Los Angeles Mission. Kate Linder received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on April 10, 2008 where Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa, Y&R co-creator Lee Phillip Bell and castmate Jeanne Cooper spoke at her well-attended ceremony. Last month, Linder wrapped up a run in "The Vagina Monologues." Today one lucky caller will receive an autographed picture from Kate Linder.
