Are Illegals Criminals?

I'll be discussing the new immigration plan of Pres. Trumps, as it seems to be more in line with the Gang of Eight and Ryan than with those who helped to Launch Trump's campaign when he said he'd build a wall and deport all the illegals, he's now modified his plan or at the very least no longer talking about mass deportation and notice talk show hosts like Hannity have gotten the message as well as he's now just talking about the Criminals being Deported.  I suppose they haven't looked up the word Criminal to see the Definition of it as it fits all who entered illegally or over stay Visas.
