Dr. Artika R. Tyner is a passionate educator, author, sought after speaker, and advocate for justice. At the University of St. Thomas College of Education, Leadership & Counseling, Dr. Tyner serves as a public policy/leadership professor. She trains graduate students to serve as social engineers who create new inroads to justice and freedom.

She is building a social change movement by reimagining education and reimagining the very essence of leadership. Her work is inspiring people across the globe to unleash the transformative power within their hands. The power to move beyond race, tribe, and creed to our shared humanity and shared destiny. We discuss all these topics and the reason she wrote The Leader's Journey and The Lawyer as Leader.
