Tonight we will have a discussion about the MOUTH. Did you know the mouth, rather the tongue causes A LOT OF PROBLEMS? Not only do we need to THINK ABOUT WHAT WE ARE THINKING ABOUT, we need to THINK BEFORE WE TALK and we need to SHUT UP sometimes.
GOD has been dealing with me about this thing called backbiting, gossip, character assassination and the like. We are not to be the bearers of such conduct NOR are we to allow others to bring that kind of stuff to us.
Birds of a feather flock together. This is the truth. The BIBLE teaches us that we are not hang around a gossip. PERIOD. We are not to hang around an ANGRY PERSON. PERIOD.
SAINTS, WE NEED TO WATCH WHAT WE SAY - WHAT IS THE MOTIVE BEHIND WHAT YOU ARE SAYING? ARE YOU SAYING IT TO BUILD UP THE PERSON OR TO INTENTIONALLY TEAR THEM DOWN? ARE OU TALKING ABOUT THE PERSON BECAUSE THEY HURT YOU, TALKED ABOUT YOU OR SOMEONE YOU LOVE?
HOW ABOUT THIS: LET'S MIND WHAT WE THINK, SAY AND DO. WILL GOD BE PLEASED WITH OUR THOUGHTS, WORDS AND ACTIONS? YOU BE THE JUDGE (OF YOURSELF).
