Rebellion - Weakening Your Spiritual Authority

A main hindrance that will cause us not to have spiritual authority over the devil is sin. Persistent, habitual, unrepentant sin puts us in a place where Satan has the upper hand over us.  Rebellion is one such sin - rebellion against all authority, against parents, and against God Himself.  We see the sin of rebellion being played out everywhere in society today amongst believers and non-believers alike. Rebellion shows a lack of faith in the Lord.
