Join Art and Medium Laura as we welcome Patrick Cooke to discuss how the paranormal ties into the Bible. Independent theological research by Patrick Cooke has led to some rather unorthodox conclusions about what the Bible presents, concerning the world of the paranormal. Those conclusions can be summed up in very simple way. Those who believe in the spiritual aspects of the paranormal, as well as those who are aware of the many other more earthly anomalies occurring in our world, are closer to biblical understanding than any faithful member of a mainstream church that has been warming a pew and filling a collection plate for decades. That research also shows that the pulpit is completely clueless about the very obvious evidence that the Bible is filled with paranormal events, and the pulpit, also completely misrepresents the context in which those events occur. During this show, Patrick will be referring to an article he wrote titled "The Bible and the Paranormal - A New Perspective" This article can be found by searching for the keywords Bible and Paranormal in any search engine, or going to: http://www.bibleufo.com/biblepara.htm An introduction, (if you wish) Patrick Cooke is an author, publisher, comparative theologian, and independent researcher in the fields of ufology, the paranormal, biblical doctrine and history, world conditions, exotheology (ex-o-theology), and eschatology, (es-kat-ology). Those last two terms require some explanation. Exotheology is the study of the connection between ancient "religious" writings and what many refer to as extra-terrestrials. Eschatology is the study of the destiny of mankind as it is presented in those same ancient writings. As an autonomous theologian, meaning he has no connection to any religious organization, Patrick’s research of the Bible and other ancient writings is not burdened with the weight of dogmatic influence and that research is conducted in a more objective and academic manner.
