Senior Pastor Bishop Oscar Payton of New Beginnings Worldwide Outreach Ministries Inc. and Founder of Payton's Blend LLC

I have been a Pastor for over 20 years and I am an alumnus of the University of Houston. I had the honor of competing in the Cotton Bowl and Blue Bonnet Bowl. Currently I am working on our outreach ministry project called "The City of Refuge" where we assist battered and abused families. We are offering educational programs, job training and career advancement, a career school, and childcare to assist the community.
