Jennifer Strich, LPC-S, NCC, RPT is the Vice President of Programs for Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance Greater Houston. In that role, she oversees the expansion and management of the program, hiring and training of facilitators and program staff, and monitors the mental health landscape to provide knowledgeable guidance. Jennifer also oversees the cultivation, formation, and management of collaborative partners. Jennifer is a licensed professional counselor, state approved supervisor, nationally certified counselor and a registered play therapist with ten years of experience in the mental health field, and an emphasis on working with children and families. Previous positions with Communities in Schools, DePelchin Children’s Center, and the Mental Health Mental Retardation Authority (MHMRA) of Harris County, Mobile crisis outreach team, developed Jennifer’s extensive knowledge and understanding of how to help individuals and their families manage and understand mental disorders. Jennifer’s career path reflects her heart for helping others and a passion for advocacy and education related to mental health and wellness.

I have been a Pastor for over 20 years and I am an alumnus of the University of Houston. I had the honor of competing in the Cotton Bowl and Blue Bonnet Bowl. Currently I am working on our outreach ministry project called "The City of Refuge" where we assist battered and abused families. We are offering educational programs, job training and career advancement, a career school, and childcare to assist the community.
