"Other Side of Midnight" listeners well know,  since last December The Enterprise Mission has been conducting a series of "Open Hailing Frequencies" ET radio experiments to the fleeing "Interstellar Visitor" to the solar system in 2017, named 'Oumuamua -- "messenger from afar ... arriving first.”
And, we've been receiving answering transmissions .... 
Tonight, the cosmic mystery deepens ... a bizarre, never-before-seen, newly-announced galactic source of "new, transient radio emission" -- which was discovered, and then closely monitored for three months in early 2018 ... before it simply disappeared!
But before it vanished, the "anomalous emission" appeared to rhymically -- for about one minute at a time -- outshine almost all known other "radio objects" in the sky, like clockwork, bursting forth -- then disappearing -- in an exact period of 18.18 seconds!
Further -- just like our "answers from 'Oumuamua" -- some of the varying, ultra-narrow-band emission appeared at exactly the frequency of OUR original test radio transmissions, 144.1 megahertz!
