Natalie Rios is the Recruiting Director for Northwestern Mutual Southwest El Paso/Las Cruces since 2010. She helps career-changers start and transition into a career in the financial industry as well as identifying and selecting college students from UTEP and NMSU for Northwestern Mutual’s Top Ten Internship Program.  Her goal is always to recruit the right person, at the right time, for the right reasons.
